My slides said Tomcat 8.5 will be EOL when Tomcat 11 is released, so
it seems that was the plan all along.
So easy +1 :)

About the exact date, I think it is ok to set a date even if Tomcat 11
happens to slip, Tomcat 9.0 is there.
