The build is cross-platform reproducible for the binary artefacts.
The source bundles contain a stray /java/jakarta directory. That breaks
reproducibility for the source bundles.
Tests pass with:
- Linux with OpenSSL 3.0.13 (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS latest) and Tomcat Native
1.3.8
- MacOS with OpenSSL 3.6.3 (Homebrew latest) and Tomcat Native 1.3.8
- Windows with Tomcat Native 1.3.8 (includes OpenSSL 3.0.21)
