Seems a good start.

BTW I think it worth spending half a day trying, you'll get a pretty
precise evaluation then otherwise it can be +-500%.

At least dropping the app in tomee and solving first 2-3 obvious failures
(missing libs and maybe few jndi names if easy on your side)
