It would work from an organizational aspect, but the release notes will bury subtasks at the very bottom. Not that we couldn't improve it, just that's the way it works now. For the quickest solution I'd probably file a New Feature JIRA for each spec, including the parent MicroProfile spec. The subtasks of each of those JIRAs, if any, can be the standard noisy kind as they'll be at the bottom of the release notes. Be sure to include the exact version. I.e. "MicroProfile Support" should be more specific, such as "MicroProfile 1.3 Support". If it isn't quite complete, but we do support 1.2, then something like this: - MicroProfile 1.2 Support - MicroProfile 1.3 Partial Support - (list each spec and its version) -David
