I am a new developer. I developed with java and android platform. I live in Brazil, Goiânia - Goiás. I want to help in the translation of the documentation of tomee. I followed the documentation from: link <https://www.tomitribe.com/blog/how-to-contribute-to-the-tomee-website/> and made a fork from the repository.
Now I want to know about the start. Can I start to translate what ever or is there some local to create issue in JIRA or some convention to create a JIRA issue to do translations ?
