I didn't feel making a decision alone to add a breaking change, so I grabbed the bval code as far up to the change as I could. I'll happily volunteer my time to do another release even next week if we come to some decision on how we want to handle it. In fact I would love to do it while all the steps are fresh in mind and put some work into refining the process a bit. Everything Romain lists in BVAL-175 are all valid options. If we want to make a breaking change, in the milestone phase of a major release is the best time to do it. -David > Am Fr., 17.
