one question, and I apologize for not picking this up last time around -
we're now picking up the Eclipse Implementation of JAXB -
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.jaxb-impl, and LICENCE and
NOTICE files have shown up in its jar artifact, which previous versions
didn't have.

Is this the same licence that of the previous jaxb-api?

Going forward, do we need to make changes to our LICENCE/NOTICE files for
Jakarta artifacts from Eclipse?
