That license is EDL 1.0, which is basically the BSD license. - https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/edl-v10.php There are flavors of this in the LICENSE file already. We can definitely add this to our LICENSE file for future releases. The Jakarta artifacts should be typically under the EPL 2.0. Implementations may differ. -David
