Hi folks Just spotted I had forgotten to close the Maven repository, and pushed 7.1.3 artifacts to it as well. I'll need to cancel this, get that fixed and push a vote one more time. Sorry for this, its completely my fault. Fingers crossed it'll be 3rd time lucky - the actual binaries should be the same.
