Should now contain the proposed fixes / enhancements. Tests are now executed in an additional phase. Let's wait if we receive some additional feedback. EDIT-1: Rebased the PR ([original commit history can be found here](https://github.com/rzo1/tomee/commits/2977-original-without-rebase)) - Jenkins PR builder was some sort of stuck.
