[I] Leftnav item does nothing (tooling-trusted-release)

gstein opened a new issue, #46:

   When not logged in, the leftnav says "Select release" but does nothing when 
clicking on it. I think it should either do something, or be hidden. I'd think 
that anonymous users from the world should have some click power (present a 
list of products?)
