   Or maybe we just don't worry about DOAP, and go with auto-publishing a .yaml 
metadata file with some descriptive information and release data. (for 
projects.a.o to consume)
   
   Other-ticket sebb said the only known consumer of our DOAP files is 
projects.a.o
   
   Can we find a single external/downstream user of our DOAP files? Much could 
be simplified if we deprecated the concept.
