As noted earlier in the thread, we have a revision number associated with each vote. We do, however, also allow an RC to be deleted which would mean that the revision numbers are reallocated. To resolve the present issue, I suggest that we: 1. Allow drafts to be "deleted" only by creating a new entirely blank revision, retaining all previous revisions. 2. Potentially allow earlier revisions to be blanked by end users in emergencies, in case they contain PII or other sensitive data. 3.
