the ATR level!
   
   To be honest - if that's something problematic, I would prefer to leave it 
as requirement and fix our code to produce the tarball - this is not something 
difficult for us and "more flexibility" almost always means "more complexity" - 
so if you think about even adding a new class of message, I think it should 
stay as warning and we will adapt.
