@potiuk As mentioned on Slack, but to document it here too, the lightweight checks use `.atr/license-headers-ignore` which must go **in the release area next to the artifacts, not in the artifacts themselves**. In other words, different to the RAT model which uses `.rat-excludes` in the artifacts themselves. The new issue #439 (that you suggested) tracks adding a feature to survey whether any release managers really want to keep the lightweight checks.
