Here is an alternative approach. RAT Check through GH Workflows
- follow creadur's cli first approach to scripting checks
- atr_rat workflow
- install a docker container, secrets, and scripts
- workflow parameter on release revision
- use rsync to pull the rc files from atr
- perform analysis
- rsync back the results
- atr uses gh api
- launch run
- monitor status
- retrieve results
