We need to add several pieces of metadata to project data. 1. Homepage - defaults to the expected main project website. 2. Bug Database URL: - which is on one of these systems: Bugzilla, JIRA, or GH Issues 3. Download Page - this will need to be listed in ANNOUNCE email templates. 4. Mailing Lists Page - usually on the project website 5. Implemented Standards - optional 4 tuple. These belong above the Release Policy items and should editable.
