The model in ATR is that each PMC/PPMC is kept as a committee with at least one project. Projects may be added. This issue is about adding these five fields to the ATR project table and UX. As new projects in a PMC are created they take their original values from the main committee project and these can then be changed to match for the subproject according to the PMC's preference. 1.
