At least the sources for each release could be published at <pmc>/<ATR project label>-<version>-src.tar.gz. Yes, I was thinking about this last night. We should have a rewriter endpoint that has a standard url pattern. ATR produces that map as part of the catalog. The rewrite will redirect requests to the proper apache.org domain and url. Next step is to discuss this with Infra. If this can be done then we should be able to create PURLs.
