If we support TEI and TEA discovery it seems that we are committed to being a TEA server. I do not want to implement a TEA server. Is there an open source implementation we might consider that would be _simple_ and _easy_ to setup and use? If not we'll reconsider TEA at a later date. We will continue to work with the PURL group to find a way to have a proper apache purl. The mvn purl examples are not persuasive as these are too fine grained ASF releases often produce a plethora of maven packages.
