I've updated .rat-excludes with:
**/.gitignore
**/META-INF/services/**
But RAT still flags this:
!?????
/Users/clr/apache/git/db-jdo/tck/src/main/resources/meta/META-INF/services/org.junit.platform.launcher.TestExecutionListener
Do you know why the rat-excludes for META-INF/services did not exclude this
file?
