Hi Volker,
When using DirectX 9.0 SDK (February 2005), the only available from
Microsoft now, you must also download and install:
DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - (February 2005) Extras
which includes the required strmif.h and strmiids.lib
Now it works, but I still think this info should be documented in
http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh.html
I stand corrected. See issue 44538.
