I think that we should just dive in with converting the OO.o subset itself and then see how thing look. If the web binaries are a large part of the total (and have a very separate userbase) why not speed up core development first and then tackle web in a second run. I'd suggest we tackle it once the migration is over (we can probalby survive without complicating the migration too much). Great. Again as soon as we have some hardware I'd love to get up a shadow repos just so people can test it and help out on the process migration. I think the key here is that we need the migration to support the Sun process, not neccesarily do it exactly like it has been done with CVS. Doing a shadow should let process experts in Hamburg tell us what they want.
