anoncvs.services.openoffice.org has a limit of 5 concurrent CVS
connections. sd-web1 (EIS I guess) hits this limit on a regular basis.
EIS uses CVS to authenticate the user.
Found an error in the code doing that to not close the connection
immediately after checking the password thus connections to the CVS
server in EIS would stay open until the garbage collector would delete
the object holding the connection. This has been fixed.
=> EIS connections to anoncvs.services.openoffice.org should not be that
much of a problem anymore.
