opening his binaries's specifications.

And a comment talking about the final of argument of OOXML in ISO,
because the main question of its use (the legacy) is finished, and about
projects like OOo and Koffice to open all this legacy (.doc, .xls, etc)
and to save in ODF.
Is incredible to think about this but where is the place to see this
discussion inside of our project?
