No, first of all we have to agree that all the interested parties agree with

The currently ongoing effort is the '3 layer OOo', an effort to split OOo to 
URE, core parts ('OOo-Basis'), and 'branding' - see 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/ODF_Toolkit/Efforts/Three-Layer_OOo 
for more.

For me, it is also important to separate the 3rd party stuff that is in most 
cases provided by linux distros anyway, move the translations from the basic 
build, and then, as the last step, split the 'OOo-Basis' as I proposed.

From my point of view, first the 'Three-layer OOo' should be finished, and we 
should move from CVS to another source code management tool.
