I am able to successfully initialize trafodion in centOS 6 VM created in windows 10. I have added a webpage Creating Trafodion Development Sandbox <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TRAFODION/Creating+Trafodion+Development+Sandbox> in the Apache Trafodion webpage.
With 8 GB of memory in VM, the base regression tests are just crawling while all the hive related tests fail. Hive tests are failing because hive subsystem fail to come up. Can you please update the webpage or send the feedback to me if you can validate the steps shown in the above link.
