Out of curiosity: Can you point at one or two? I assume it's mostly the
newer ones.

Not really. There's one thread that comes to mind[1] but it's more like I
thought I'd remembered this being the case when we first discussed Github
at HBase et. al but that was years ago. Your knowledge is almost certainly
more recent.
