Hi, So I asked on legal discuss [1] when SGA’s are needed as it would apply to any donations here.
The short answer is if the presentation belongs to the person donating it or not, and sometimes this is not clear due to employment contracts. If you work for someone then generally they own it (particularly if you are in the US). So in my case [3], I own the content not a company, and have already signed an ICLA so it would not required. For [2] one is needed as it was for a day job, I’m not sure what license it under, or if all contributors have signed ICLAs.
