As a follow-up: I think it'd be great if we could get a weekly reminder
mail sent to dev@ for all Jiras that still need triaging or a open for
review as well as pull requests that are open.

Also: Did we decide to have a Jira for pull requests or not? I find it very
confusing to have it split across two systems.
