HI Alexis, well there are a lot of things you could do. Provide content (Website, Trainings, Start discussions, work on the tooling, Submit incubator reports in time)
In general there just was absolutely no activity on any of these topics. That was why I was assuming that there's no real interest in the project itself. I have to admit, that being one of the drivers behind another Apache project is a pretty demanding task and I don't feel that I could do the same for a second project.
