You appear to have missed the bit where I said:
The resources below /conf/test/turbine-resources need to be
included
in
the src distribution for the tests to pass.
Add these and we should be good to go.

The resources below /conf/test/turbine-resources need to be

the src distribution for the tests to pass.
In addition to this I have committed a patch to the failing test
to
make
it work correctly for src distributions.
A couple of other small changes were also made
- corrected the license and other information in the README file
- updated the commons-lang dependency to 2.4 (backwards
compatible)
I would be happy for us to go straight to 2.3.3 without an RC, but
if
you want to go to the trouble of doing an RC first that is fine.

tests

not
pass in the proposed release download.
