Also, are we allowed to create this MTOM intent definition in the OSOA SCA
("http://www.osoa.org/xmlns/sca/1.0";) namespace?
I don't see this on the OSOA sites anywhere (maybe I'm looking in the wrong
place). Would it be better to define
this in a Tuscany NS?
