After reviewing our source distribution, I have couple questions about
SCA API licenses. We have updated our SCA API module to use the new
OASIS packages but I still see references from OSOA license in the
java classes. What should we be using here ?

I'm also looking at what should be in the license file, should we move
from the current OSOA license text at the end of this file [1] and get
the License/Notice from OASIS ? I think so, but looking at the Open
CSA website I couldn't find a proper link for a OASIS license, and
could only find the NOTICE available inside the draft 1.1 spec... is
that the one we should be using ?
