So I expect we can't claim it is either one thing or the other. I.e. we can't claim that either the xsd or APIs are in anyway conformant with the specifications as they stand now. Not sure how we adjust the liceses to reflect this situation. The easier answer woud be to switch over to the OASIS artiacts proper and go with the OASIS license. In the mean time they would seem to be Tuscany/ASF contrivances. Simon
