Hi Luciano,

Things looks pretty good with RC3 with couple of minor corrections
required...

- Missing RELEASE_NOTES and CHANGES file in the tag
- Should all the samples in the binary distribution need to have
pre-compiled jar files in target folder?
- Not sure about this... Should we have "etc" folder in the source
distribution?

I believe during 1.4 release, we agreed that the modules names in Tuscany
would follow the below standard....

Samples: Apache Tuscany SCA Sample <modulename>
iTests:     Apache Tuscany SCA iTest <modulename>
Demos:   Apache Tuscany SCA Demo <modulename>

I will raise a JIRA to fix the module name issue.
