Ok, to summarize then...

1/ It stands to reason that we should make Tuscany error messages as
useful and as friendly as we can
2/ Where we know that an error is related to an SCA specification
compliance statement, include the number at the start of the message
e.g. [ASM_XXXXX] The error message...
3/ Many Tuscany specific error message will not be related to SCA
specification compliance numbers. This is OK. We are just providing
specification links where they are appropriate.
