The creditcard-payment-jaxws service under travelsample/services is redundant
and should be removed. This service is not used anywhere else in the travel
sample as far as I can tell, and it illustrates the same technology as the
smsgateway-jaxws service (which is used elsewhere). There seems to be no
reason for the travel sample to contain this service in addition to the
smsgateway-jaxws service.
