One of our users would like a way to find the revision a Tuscany build is based on so in r903166 i've added a first attempt at that to the SPI with a o.a.t.s.runtime.Version. I had a look at some other projects to see how they do this, none did quite what i want, so this approach is a merge of several approaches, not sure if there's a better or simpler way - does anyone have any other ideas? We could also add getters for things like the build date/time and the Tuscany version from the maven pom.version.
