AFAIK, we are only shipping dojo in web-javascript-dojo, which has
proper LICENSE and NOTICE pieces from Dojo... and all other samples
download dojo from ant script... having said that, if you know a
particular place where this is happening, please let me know.

These were fixed by Simon in 903640.

Did they ever worked well in IE ? Were they working in 1.5.1 ? Just
trying to identify if this is a regression or more like a
cross-browser issue we haven't taken care in the past...
