The travel sample fullapp launcher uses a different set of contributions from
the fullapp-domain (distributed) launcher.
In fullapp, the payment-spring-policy and creditcard-payment-jaxb-policy
contributions are used.
In fullapp-domain, the payment-java and creditcard-payment-jaxb contributions
are used.
Presumably the contributions in fullapp are correct and therefore
fullapp-domain should be changed to use the same contributions.
