I'm reassigning the component and updating the summary field to reflect the
cause of the problem as being in the domain manager rather than the travel
sample.
When using the domain manager, the payment-spring-policy contribution produces
error messages and doesn't work.
When using the domain manager, the payment-java-policy contribution produces
warning messages and does work. However, the warning messages shouldn't be
produced.
