Re. TUSCANY-3503 I need to make a change to the policy framework so that policies are only attached to the composite model either directly or by external attachment. I.e the mechanism we have relied on for a while where policy sets are automatically added based on the presence of intents will no longer work. I'm fixing up the various tests to make this work and raising errors with OASIS where this causes otests to fail. However I wanted to raise this as it will affect the way that we write tests involving policy.
