In Tuscany 2.x we are able to load contributions into individual nodes but we
haven't yet ported the domain manager from 1.x that is able to consider the
domain as a whole. Before we consider GUI based domain management again I'd
like to see us exercise the contribution deployer and build processing from a
simple domain manager program that is driven by a structured file system.
Possibly with hot updates.
