We don't have a meta-data exchange mechanism available in Tuscany. An option
that we have explored before is to provide a tool that can be pointed a either
a node or a node configuration and produce structured directory/zip output that
contains useful meta-data, e.g. WSDL, about the services that the composite
application provides.
