The travel sample 1.0 release isn't building because the Tuscany SCA Java 1.6 release and all other Tuscany releases have been deleted from m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository. The directory http://people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/org/apache/tuscany still exists but it is empty. For more details of why this is causing a problem, see [1].
