1.x is a little odd at the moment in that I have JSONP working there with the JSON databinding from 2.x. Other binding that use this databinding, e.g. JSON-RPC don't work with the 2.x version but I'm not of a mind to fix that in 1.x as it should all work in 2.x. I 'm yet to port the array fix over to 2.x. I'll do that this week some time. Also I have a few local BigDecimal changes that I'm thinking about. I'll decide if they need committing this week if I get time. Having said this any samples in 2.x to test this stuff are very much appreciated. Even better if you want to help out porting the fixes. Re. the SCDL format. I'd like to try the HTTP wire format varient but haven't had time yet. I'd like to get the 2.0 beta out first.
