As per thread [1], I've opened this thread to keep track of this topic.
To sum it up, I'm proposing the following reorganization:
- distribution
- modules
- samples
- extras
- maven
- archetypes
- maven-tuscany-plugin
- testing
- compliance-tests
- itest
The idea of extras/ is that not all the users are interested in those
things. We can as well eliminate it and promote maven and testing folders at
the top level even though they look too specific for that.
What should we do with contrib?
Can the new artifacts take place in the distribution folder?
