Hello everyone, I am looking back on the last 6 months and I see a clear pattern of having problems bringing people over to the project, especially signing up or paying attention to mailing lists. Instead, it was mostly tweets, Keybase or Telegram messages.
Can we use an online community to engage? Discord is very popular. Slack works. I am going to check what the ASF recommends. If you have ideas or suggestions, please let me know.
