Thanks Andrei and Patrick for helping with the initial setup of all the resources.
We have done the initial commit for importing the code base. The code is already renamed to twill, and the packages are org.apache.twill.* There appears to be a slight issue with the mailing list setup, when Jira sends a message to the dev list, we get a MODERATE message and have to approve it. Is there a way to allow Jira to send messages without moderation? Thanks -Andreas.
